Roadside requests, marketplace leads, subscriptions, and digital records may depend on user-provided vehicle details, uploaded files, payment status, service location, technician availability, and third-party provider systems.

Membership Billing

Membership billing is managed through the secure billing portal when Stripe is active. Roadside deposits, final payments, cancellations, and refunds may vary by service status, technician dispatch, weather, distance, parts, and vehicle condition.

Location and Technician Tracking

DDD AutoHub uses customer location to confirm roadside pickup and uses technician location only during active assigned jobs.

Payments

Stripe is used for real-world roadside services, fleet/business invoices, marketplace partner billing, and other services fulfilled outside the app. Digital-only subscriptions or report unlocks may require Apple In-App Purchase if offered directly in the iOS app.

Vehicle History

Free VIN and recall tools use public data sources where available. Premium accident, title, odometer, theft, salvage, and branded-title history requires a licensed vehicle-history provider and is not represented as active until provider credentials are approved.
